They're all just different models and textures, though they don't necessarily change the experience, just the look.

The aliens appear to scale to the player character. The captain is noticeably taller and more human-like in stature than the other two aliens, and appropriately has much more HP. Like the other aliens, he only appears if the Wild Wasteland trait is active. There's Ranger Power Armor (takes a Tactics concept armor and models it in NV, giving it to some of the NCR Rangers), the Colossus Armor, the Shogo Traders. The alien captain is a stronger variant of alien found in the Mojave Wasteland. There's a few other mods you might want to check out. It doesn't replace the existing Enclave Remnants armor (though there's a patch for that), so you could have both armors side by side if you'd like to keep the original. Being that I always liked the look of the tribal power armor from the pitt I tried to give the courier set that pieced. It's big, bulky, and just looks straight up badass.

Intended to be your character's own outfit you were found in (little odd that the Courier apparently wandered the Mojave in his/her underwear), it can be found on the shelf left of the SPECIAL machine. This adds a new outfit for male characters to the start of the game at Doc Mitchell's house. It's actually a more accurate representation of the APA from Fallout 2, but it retains the high texture quality of Bornagain's retextures. This mod is not opted-in to receive Donation Points. It adds a 'new' suit of power armor to the game. There's also a retexture of the Enclave Remnants armor, but that brings me to my next subject.Ĭheck out the XV Enclave Rework modification. Not sure if the latter will apply to the Courier 6 power armor, but trust me when I tell you that you'll love them. If you're looking for some more aesthetic options, though, I'd definitely recommend Bornagain's retextures of the T-51b and T-45d armor. Project Nevada and Powered Power Armor are great suggestions, and they've already been mentioned in this thread.
